1.1. Who we are
Solodrom (VoicePaste Pro, SerpHarvester) is operated by Sergey Donhauzer, a self-employed individual developer. For all inquiries: anderleeserg@gmail.com
1.2. Data collected from the website
- Standard server access logs (IP, browser, pages visited) — kept up to 30 days.
- If you contact us by email, we keep your message and address until resolved.
1.3. Data collected from the applications
- Machine ID — hardware fingerprint used to bind your license to your device.
- Email address — only if you activate a paid license; used to identify ownership.
- License key — stored locally, transmitted to our server for validation.
- Application version — sent during update checks.
1.4. What we do NOT collect
- Audio recordings — speech recognition runs locally via Whisper AI. Audio never leaves your device.
- Recognized text — transcribed content stays on your computer. We have no access to what you dictate.
- Keystrokes, screen captures, clipboard content — none collected or transmitted.
- Usage analytics — we do not track features used, session duration, or behavioral patterns.
1.5. Third-party services
- License server (Render.com): processes machine ID, email, and license key only.
- Google Translate / DeepL (optional): invoked only when you explicitly use translation. Only the text you choose is sent.
- DataForSEO (optional, SerpHarvester Pro): used for the competitor map feature, billed at your DataForSEO account tariff.
1.6. Data retention
- License data (email, machine ID, key): lifetime of your perpetual license.
- Trial data: 90 days after expiry, then deleted.
- Email correspondence: 12 months, then deleted.
- Server logs: 30 days, then deleted.
1.7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your personal data. Contact us at anderleeserg@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
1.8. Cookies
Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. A single first-party cookie may be set to remember your language preference.
1.9. Security
All communication between the applications and our license server uses HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). License keys are stored locally in obfuscated form.
1.10. Children
Our software is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
2. Terms of Service (EULA)
By installing, copying, or using any Solodrom application (“the Software”), you agree to these Terms.
2.1. License grant
- The Lite edition is free for personal and commercial use, subject to in-app limits.
- The Pro edition license is: non-exclusive, non-transferable, bound to your email and hardware, perpetual (no expiry).
2.2. Restrictions
You may NOT: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; sublicense, sell, or redistribute it; remove copyright notices; share license keys obtained from unofficial sources.
2.3. Intellectual property
All rights in the Software — code, design, brands “VoicePaste”, “SerpHarvester”, “Solodrom”, logos, and documentation — are the property of the developer.
2.4. Updates
Minor and patch updates within the purchased major version are included at no extra cost. Major version upgrades may require an additional fee.
2.5. Disclaimer of warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
2.6. Limitation of liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
2.7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer’s country of residence. EU consumers retain mandatory consumer protection rights of their country.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. Standard refund period
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.
3.2. Conditions
- Request submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- License activated on no more than one (1) computer.
- You confirm you will uninstall the Software.
3.3. EU consumer rights
EU consumers have the right under Directive 2011/83/EU to withdraw within 14 days.
3.4. How to request a refund
Email anderleeserg@gmail.com with your order ID, purchase email, and optional reason. We confirm within 2 business days.
3.5. After refund
Your license key is invalidated. You may continue using the free Lite edition.
